Abstract
The problem of solving conflicts in an organization is an important aspect of optimizing work in a competitive environment. Conflicts arise on the basis of the opposite of interests, social attitudes and the direction of individuals involved in the conflict of people
The article examines the results of research on the specifics of the organization of psychological assistance to staff on conflict issues; Development and approbation of a program of psychological assistance to employees.
