Abstract
This article deals with the personnel policy and personnel strategy that the correct choice of their enterprise, can achieve positive results in the enterprise and improve productivity.
In the sphere of market relations significant and decisive factor in the efficiency and competitiveness of the company is the high quality of human resource capacity, which can be achieved by creating the right personnel policy of the enterprise, since it is the staff considered the main resource of all companies.
