Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the psychometric indices of the Russian-language version of the Personal Growth Initiative Scale (PGIS) by Ch. Robitschek. The Ch. Robitschek’s Personal Growth Initiative Scale is a diagnostic instrument of positive psychology. Number of points indicates the severity of the desire for positive change and personal growth. The high level corresponds to the psychological well-being, low level indicates the tendency to distress.
