Abstract
Compare objective and subjective conflicts in organizations. The examples, which illustrate the alleged causes of conflict in organizations. Explains the different subjects in the clash, conflict analysis from the actions of the parties. Secured understanding of the true causes of conflict in organizations. To attempt removal of common criteria for evaluating the objectivity of organizational conflicts.
