Abstract
The project of turning the Russian economy into one of the leading ones in the globalizing world directly depends on the successful implementation of national projects. Their estimated economic effect is distributed over the medium and long term. Strengthening the domestic economy is also largely dependent on many objective factors, including the provision of high-tech infrastructure, legal, administrative and organizational orders. Last but not least, personnel policy and control of spending targeted investments.
