THE ACTIVITIES OF THE VYATKA ZEMSTVO IN THE SPHERE OF SMALL CREDIT

Abstract
The article reviews all types of loan help for peasants of the Vyatka province, held by the local authorities (zemstvo) in the end of the XIX – beginning of the XX centuries. The author links to some drawbacks of the zemstvo’s credit policy.
