Abstract
This article is devoted to problems arising from the introduction in the electoral process additional (alternative) ways of voting. Namely absentee voting or proxy voting, which is contrary to the principles of direct secret ballot in a democratic country. The problem taken for study is important and necessary to analyze the resolution of this contradiction.
