Abstract
In this article the main approaches to certification of students of higher education institution for discipline "a technique of teaching informatics" are considered, requirements to selection, structure and the maintenance of estimated means according to the operating FGOS are opened, and also the example of what can be the test and what ways of assessment of his performance are is given.
