Abstract
This article discusses the results of modeling of the educational environment of a private school on the basis of the person-centered approach. Peculiarities of the educational environment of private schools, including educators, accept the values of the humanistic pedagogy, and a small children's ensemble that possesses the characteristics of a "small group" can successfully model the educational environment of a private school on the basis of the person-centered approach. The article highlights three pedagogical conditions, which in the educational environment of a private school will allow you to achieve guaranteed results students to embark on a journey of self-actualization, to develop communication and organizational skills. The article presents experimental data obtained before and after the creation of pedagogical conditions in the educational environment of a private school.
