Abstract
In article the main trends of development of a small and average entrepreneurship in the conditions of the increasing distribution in space of network structures are considered. Consideration in article of new opportunities of growth due to use of tendencies and features of network economy by small and medium scale enterprises, does article timely and urgent. The conducted research shows that the processes of integration of large and small business started by network economy are mutually advantageous, however, possible forms of integration need purposeful development.
