Abstract
The article describes the features of constructing the theory and practice of the modern pedagogical process, which determines the socialization of the personality as one of the important areas of the work of the rugby coach. Socialization of the individual in rugby is a complex, multicultural and multifactor process, which is based on the possibility of the development of the personality through the system of social orientation of the individual in the game of rugby, through the popularization of the game, the success in building strategy and tactics in the game, the social spectacle of the chosen ways of solving problems of personality development and Team in rugby. The quality of the socialization of a person studying in rugby is a pedagogically researched process, the characteristics of which can be measured by means and methods of questioning, observation, game therapy and other constructs of modern scientific experiment and research.
