Abstract
The article describes the theory and practice of the use of educational technology in the work of the teacher included in the determination and optimization, updates and additions to the pedagogical conditions health in continuing education model that guarantees the identity timely identification and solution of contradictions scientific and educational, social, professional and interpersonal genesis. The quality of the models use the solution of problems of health-technology in pedagogical process are determined by the peculiarities of pedagogical research, types of formation of culture of independent work, the possibility of transition from the reproductive to a productive learning, adaptive forms of self-realization to the productive.
