Abstract
This article is devoted to the Institute, which is now in need of reform, namely the election Commission at the regional level. The author examines the rights and duties of electoral commissions of local importance. This study allows to assert that the electoral Commission have administrative status, namely, the law stipulates the order of formation of electoral Commission independence electoral Commission from the municipal authorities, decisions adopted by the electoral Commission are crucial for the subjects of the electoral process.
