Abstract
In the article the author studies the matters of the youth policy effectiveness on the level of rural territories as well as value orientations of Russian modern generations. The author analyses difficulties of state social-economic policy of the rural area through the prism of the youth resources, their life quality that inevitably leads to political and social stability.
