Abstract
The article defines the theoretical characteristics of the pedagogical conditions of socialization and personal fulfillment in the development model, defined in rugby training system as a selected sport. Features determination determined in the context of the analysis of personal experience, studied accounting processes of socialization and personal fulfillment through rugby.
