ON THE CONCEPT ‘ROLE PLAY’ AND ITS CONTENT IN THE METHODS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN THIS COUNTRY AND ABROAD

Abstract
This article focuses on the diversity of terms used in the role playing and simulation literature abroad (English –speaking countries). The results of the study enable teachers to understand adequately numerous interpretations of the concept under consideration and correlate this diversity with the terms and classification existing in this country. The concepts of role plays proper and dramatization are highlighted in the article, their paralinguistic components being of special interest.
