Abstract
The introduction of the personnel management system of industrial enterprise key performance requires consideration of the performance management cycle. The article presents the components of the performance management cycle. On the basis of the performance management cycle has been set and applied plan of implementation of the system of key performance indicators with a timetable, participants and those responsible for the event.
