Abstract
The article is devoted to charitable activities of Yekaterinburg and Perm eparchy monasteries in the period from 1890 to 1917. Such issues as the types of institutions, organized with the mansions, the reasons for their creation, content sources, types of assistance for people in need are considered. The specificity of the activities of monasteries and nunneries is determined. Monastery stands which are the most prominent in charitable activities are listed.
