THE USE OF ARCHIVAL DOCUMENTS IN THE SOCIO – LEGAL ORDER

Abstract
This article describes the problems of using archival documents on social and legal protection of citizens. There are principles for the use of archival documents. Considerable attention is paid to the order of execution of requests of citizens to the archive according to archival records containing information of socio-legal nature.
