Abstract
In the article the features of the strategic going are considered near realization of mechanisms of substituting for an importsubstituting for an import in industry. Drawn conclusion that co-ordination of strategy of industrial enterprises with the politics of substituting for an import realized in a country, assists not only the decision of problem of the financial providing of strategy of development but also achievement of balance of private and public economic interests.
