Abstract
For the correct formation of the personal files of employees, it is necessary to examine the documents directly in its composition. In the research analyzed the composition of the documents included in the personal files of the employee from the moment of hiring and before its dismissal. This article is devoted to describing the documents to be included in the personal affairs, their proper design, compilation and filling.
