Abstract
In the article analyzes the policy of the Russian state to ensure the legitimacy of the regime in the virtual space. It concluded on the basis of the analysis that the Russian government is committed to strengthening its presence in the network "Internet" through the greatest possible care to ensure the state of the data segment of public relations. The author puts forward the thesis that in the conditions of high degree of difficulty of detection of offenders and bring them to justice for unlawful acts committed in the network "Internet", the control operation of the Russian state must be supplemented by preventive maintenance of offenses in the "Internet" network aimed at citizens legitimate training the behavior of the World Wide Web and protect their rights when they are violated in the process of working with this network, which will help to reduce the level of crime committed in this segment of the functioning of technologically-advanced society, the development of legal consciousness of Russian citizens, the improvement of information ecology. The author also puts forward a number of practical proposals aimed at implementing the above thesis.
