Abstract
This paper examines how the puns are used in the interviews given by Spanish show business artists. The results provided by this investigation show that interviewees use wordplay as an effective resource in realizing Self-representation strategies. Puns help in creating a positive image of the respondents and improve how respondents are perceived by others.
