Abstract
There is the legal assessment of the problem of determining the place and legal status of participants in enforcement proceedings as being directed at the execution of court decisions and other executive documents. A review of executive procedural law and academic lawyer’s points of view devoted to this issue.
The circle of participants of civil turnover is very diverse, and in front of the court - bailiff executor may have trouble identifying appropriate individuals for the most correct and full compliance with court orders.
