Abstract
In the article the necessity of solutions relevant to the transport sector challenges − improving the safety of production activities, and motivating employees to work safely. Revealed some features of training in the field of psychology of safety and risk management taking into account modern requirements to the level of safety activities during training in educational institutions and through in-house training (refresher courses).
