Abstract
In his works V. Zheleznov analyzes theoretical approaches to the explanation of the correlation between wages and quality of life of employees. The struggle around the labour question in Europe, the author looks sociologically as a conflict of large social groups. Wages is closely linked with economic inequality and social stratification, subsistence minimum and poverty, and its purpose and the size is always touched and will touch in the future problems of social justice.
