Abstract
Relevance of a subject of research is defined by essential value of effective public administration in the course of implementation of programs of social and economic modernization of the Chechen Republic. The article is devoted to features of formation, social composition and professional activity of the personnel case of state governing bodies Checheno-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in the late fifties – the 1980th, to studying of a role of administrative facilities in development of the industry and social infrastructure of ChIASSR.
