AbstractOne of the main tasks of ensuring the high combat readiness of the Armed Forces is to educate future officers professionally important qualities.
The article deals with the definition of professionally important qualities of the officers with the help of expert approach in preparing students for the military departments. It is noted that the lack of social experience makes young people a convenient target for manipulation in the interests hostile to Russian forces.
Therefore, one of the main tasks of the supervisory authorities should be the study and prevention of the causes of youth extremist organizations and localization of dealing with them on the basis of laws and constitutional norms. Not by chance the country's leadership pays special attention to this issue, that the law is reflected in the federal law «On Military Duty and Military Service», military regulations of the Russian Federation, the military oath, and others.
The complexity and diversity of the processes of formation of professionally important qualities of the officer, require skilled use of various methods of pedagogical influence. The ability to choose a tutor in different situations is the most effective method to apply it creatively – a vivid manifestation of pedagogical skill of the teacher. In the article the problem is solved: to rank professionally important qualities of the officer formed on the military training department (MTD), through a peer review.
