Abstract
The article discusses the possibility of challenging the cadastral value of real estate, which is necessary to use the analogs on retrospective date. We describe possible sources of information and analyzed the possibility of their use. It is concluded that the problem of finding equivalents in a retrospective date can be successfully resolved.
