Abstract
The paper contemplates the personalized food as phenomenon of the modern food culture based on nutrigenomika proves scientific approach to improvement of health by means of the use of foodstuff. The individualized food in modern society is first of all scientific approach to personal health, expression of the identity, easing or strengthening of social communications and dissociation from traditionalism.
