Abstract
This paper investigates the problem of computer ethics. Its main purpose is to integrate computer technology and human values so that technology advances and protect human values, and not to inflict damage. The main discussion in this area revolve around the conflict between those who are guided by the principle of free access to information and those who believe that this access should be restricted.
