Abstract
Author describes the new context of responsibility in modern science and considers and transition from ELSI and ELSA models to the new initiative of "Responsible Research and Innovation". Article reveals the relevance of transdisciplinary approaches to new dimensions of responsibility in the field of biomedicine, reveals the role of participatory models in the search for mechanisms to coordinate the social expectations and demands of innovation.
