Abstract
The article describes the problem of defining and measuring productive self-expression and self-realization in the model of building a culture of independent work personality, definitions of the categories of "self-expression", "self-actualization", "self-expression productive", "productive self", "culture of independent work personality". Details and features of productive self-expression and self-realization is carried out in the context of organized activities with students of secondary and higher professional education. The success of the personality is an indicator of the quality of the culture of independent work resources for productive self-expression and self-realization.
