REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AS A WAY OF IMPROVING OF THE GOVERNMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract
High extent of differentiation of level of social and economic development of regions predetermined close attention to improvement of scientific and methodological base of public administration by territorial development, as caused a subject of the scientific article.
Results of differentiation of regions with application of a decile koeffitsiyet on basic indicators are presented in article: VRP per capita; the average monthly nominal added salary counting on one worker; average per capita monetary income of the population; population share below the poverty line. Absence of positive dynamics of differentiation of regions in the level of social and economic development testifies to insufficient effectiveness of a state policy in this sphere.
Results of the analysis can be used in processes of development and realization of policy of state regulation of regional development taking into account territorial specifics.
