Abstract
In article need of studying and measurement of modernization processes is noted. The Information and analytical “Modernization” system created for measurement of level of a modernizirovannost of regions of the Russian Federation is sketched. The special attention is paid to a place of health care and health of the population (in particular children's) in modernization of the territory.
