ANALYSIS OF THE LEADING CONCEPTS OF STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
This article analyzes the current state of management in the institutions of additional children’s education (IACE). Features of human resource management of IACE, problems of development of management of such establishments come to light. The analysis of the existing leading concepts of human resource management is carried out. Their merits and demerits are allocated. Determined the most appropriate concept for the management of educational organizations - learning organization, knowledge-based, which can be interpreted as elements of the resource concept. The paper identifies key competence of such organizations.
