Abstract
Nowadays, the unification of terminological lexical units is an actual problem of any language’s vocabulary. Invariance in the terminology is not allowed. Unification of the terms used to ordering of terms and terminological system of different science branches. The basic principle of unification is considered mono-semantically features of terms. To maintain order in the terminology there are several measures and methods for their implementation. It includes standardization, harmonization, definition, etc. In this article are discussed methods, measures and principles of harmonization of terms, which is important for the formation of terminological system of language.
