THE COMMUNITY “SPERANSKY CLUB” IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES IN TRAINING ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Abstract
This article reviews the activities of cultural and historical community "Speransky Club" as an innovative tool in the preparation of administrative personnel reserve. The club was established in International Market Institute (Samara) in 2013 on the initiative of students, public and political figures of the Samara region. The aim of the presented project is to establish communication, educational and social and cultural platforms for active citizenship of students, who are the future administrators.
