Abstract
In present article the question and complexities of occurrence and management of unique projects is described. The role of a management and participants of the project is concretized. The risks arising during realization of the project, attraction of investments, search of the personnel and an estimation of its competence are considered. The conclusion about the high importance of unique projects for development of economy is formed.
