Abstract
In article possibilities of use of a professional orientation of training as a leading motivating factor are analyzed. Classifications of motives of leading Russian and foreign researchers are systematized. Possibilities of formation of professional motivation being trained in the conditions of continuous profile education on the example of a university educational complex of higher education institution are considered. Possible means and factors of formation of professional motivation at stages of preschool, general, professional education are given.
