Abstract
A system of continuous professional education determines the choice of form and means of formulation, verification and optimization solutions of the subject-environmental contradictions with and society, and the identity quest better conditions for interaction and producing the ideal and material goods, defined by us through the resources and types of formation of culture of self-dependent work of a teacher. This feature is realized in the structure of study courses of modern pedagogy and uses system-pedagogical modeling for the production of those or other pedagogical resources and pedagogical tools, including definitions, which is the origin of all produced goods and values in the structure of micro-, meso-, macro- and mega-group relations.
