Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of Austrian-American relations in the period since 1992 till 2004. It discloses the position, challenges and modernization of the countries, gives the analysis of the US’ participation in the politic, economic and cultural development of Austria, helps to understand the specificity of communication on the different levels and to establish the historic importance of the relations.
