Abstract
The article deals with the Polish national movement in Belarus and Lithuania at the completion of the German occupation and the beginning of the Polish-Soviet rivalry for the inclusion of this area in the relevant national and state projects. Active local Poles and their commitment to "incorporative" concept Dmowski was one of the reasons for inclusion of the territory "of historical Lithuania" in Poland.
