Abstract
The article shows that the inclusion of restrictions on competition in the construction market in the region can contribute to the creation of effective management in the construction industry. Activities of self-regulatory organizations, aimed at eliminating or reducing the barriers to entry to their importance, creates conditions under which construction companies have no incentive to unite in the implementation of the cartel and collusion. Reducing the restrictions of competition leads to competitive advantages that members of self-regulatory organization exceed the benefits from the unfair behavior of market participants. This problem is a multi-faceted.
