Abstract
Research is devoted to "Otrazitelnoe scripture ..." of monk Evfrosin. As remarkable literary work, it contains important evidence about the history "of old piety" and the tragic fate of his followers. In one of the largest Old Believer polemical writings late XVII century. expressed in detail and justified by the idea of the inadmissibility "fiery death."
