Abstract
The article describes the features of the HR policy of commercial banks, as well as the main features that characterize the banking specialists,the features of the recruitment to the bank in the foreign countries. Proposed arrangements for the effective management of the bank staff on the basis of the Theory Y by Douglas McGregor.
