Abstract
The actuality of the study of the problem of the theory «the State and the Land» by Aksakov K.S. is caused by realities of the modern period of the evolution of the social and state system in Russia, which can be detined as the period of its modernization. In these conditions fhe particular actuality acquired the problems of relations between the center and regions< as welt as relations between the state and civil society, which raised in his works the prominent representative of the slavophilism K.S. Aksakov.
