Abstract
Background research is due to modern objectively current trends in the field of personnel management. Qualitative transformation processes that have affected the domestic economy, could not affect the personnel management system , affecting the structure and management culture . In the article the totalitarian management style as a factor in the negative impact on the effectiveness of the organization.
