Abstract
The military doctrine of the Russian Federation at the present stage provides for a qualitative improvement of the Armed Forces, and to increase the efficiency of the system of training of military specialists, and, consequently, to apply the new standards to the level of professionalism of graduates of military higher educational institutions.
