Abstract
The article covers the theoretical study and research of the practical aspects of a new concept in journalism – spin-doctoring. Topic would be interesting for mass media professionals in particular, as well as for general public. Position of the particular State in the World is very important in the modern society. Due to increased desire to control information, it is logical that role of media is defining in the world. Spin-doctoring became actual phenomenon and being studied at universities in Europe, America and the former CIS countries.
